In case you missed the amazing collection of photography meets gorgeous fashion design meets staggering good will at the Houston Center for Photography this past Wednesday, check out the pics below. Benefitting Living Water International, the show featured a stunning collaboration of CrOp by David Peck and Casa de Camera. On display at the event were large-scale photos by Jaime Collier of Casa de Camera. Collier’s photos of relief work in Uganda inspired Peck’s latest collection and were used in the creation of his custom prints. The CrOp collection, which also featured Elaine Turner accessories, was just shown last week at Audi Fashion Houston. Watch and hear about the CrOp Collection from David here!

This summer Collier returned to Uganda and photographed the CrOp collection on local girls bringing the collaboration full circle. All proceeds from the evening went directly to Living Water International, and the event was so successful that it will be continued online where Collier’s photos will be available for suggested donation on the Living Water website.
Each of the framed prints was offered for sale as well as several smaller unframed prints. Local businesses Elaine Turner, 310 Rosemont, and Somo Beads all offered support with raffle items. LG Entertainment kept up the energy with a live DJ. Bombay Pizza Company and Carrie Made the Cake provided light bites.
Of over 200 in attendance, Houston notables included Neal Hamil, Sharron Melton, Heather McLeskey of Elaine Turner Designs, Jared Lang, Cara Morales, George Marshall Worthington, Samira Salman, David Bamford of Therapy Hair Studio, James Phelan, Anne Walzel, Liane, Crae, Laura Medard, Andrea Bonner, Dustin Mansyur.
